Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ENZOS Inactive Wear wants you to love your new look! If you choose to use the pre-paid return label, please take note that a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For returns originating in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. Territories, return shipping is $11.95. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders. Please note that any shipping charges are not refundable.
FOR ALL RETURNS
- Please make sure that all merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered and has all original tags attached.
- All returns must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date received in your shipment.
- At this time, we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you purchased for a refund and place a new order at lovemyenzos.com
- If you choose to use the pre-paid return label, please take note that a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you decide to send your return back without using the return label that we have provided, please address your return to the following address: Attn: ENZOS Returns, 4355 Industrial Way, Benicia, CA 94510
- If you return more than $5,000 in a 12-month period, you may be subject to a modified returns policy. We will contact you about any changes.
SALE MERCHANDISE
- In the case of a flash sale, Black Friday, or any other special event where merchandise is discounted, all sales may be final and cannot be returned. All Final Sale items will end in .97 cents.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive and issue your refund, whether it be in original payment form or web credit.
All returns are at the discretion of our Returns Department, and we reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t comply with ENZOS Inactive Wear's return policy.
